Accessing Your Transaction History
When you log into your cuanjp account, your Transaction History lives in the main menu under "Account" or "My Activity"—the exact label depends on whether you're on web or mobile. We place it at the top level of your account settings because we believe quick access to your transaction record matters. Once you open the section, you'll see a list sorted by the most recent transaction first: today's slot-game results appear above last week's deposit, which sits above your previous-month withdrawal request.
Quick filters save time
Our transaction list includes dropdown filters for date range, transaction type, and payment method. If you want to see only your OVO deposits from the past month, set two filters and the list refreshes instantly. If you're tracking your Pragmatic Play slot sessions, you can filter by game provider and see every spin result in one view.
We also show your account balance—both your available funds and any bonus balance you may have earned—right at the top. This way, you can cross-check your history against your current balance without doing mental math.
Understanding Transaction Types
On cuanjp, you'll see several categories of transactions. Here's what each one means:
- Deposit
- Money you send from your bank, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet wallet into your cuanjp account. We record the timestamp, the method, and the amount.
- Withdrawal
- Cash you request out of your cuanjp account back to your bank (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) or wallet. We track the request date, the processing status (pending, approved, paid), and the amount.
- Game result
- Outcome of each slot spin (Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways) or live-dealer hand. We log the game, your stake, the result (win/loss), and your profit or loss.
- Bonus credit
- Promotional balance added to your account from a scheduled slot tournament or sportsbook offer. These are listed separately so you know which balance is real money vs. promotion.
- Sportsbook bet
- Wagers on Liga 1, Piala AFF, Premier League, MotoGP, or badminton events. We show the match, your stake, the odds, and the result (settled, pending, voided).
- Adjustment
- Any manual correction made by our support team—for example, reversing a double-charge or crediting a technical glitch. These are rare, and we always note the reason in the transaction detail.
Each transaction entry shows the date and time, the type, a mobile bankingef description (e.g., "Sweet Bonanza spin", "local payment deposit", "Liga 1 match"), the amount, and the status. If a withdrawal is still processing, you'll see "Pending" rather than a final date. If a deposit failed, we'll mark it as "Failed" so you know not to expect those funds in your account.
We show you the complete picture—every deposit, every spin, every withdrawal request—so you're never wondering where your money went or what your account balance really means.
Filtering and Exporting Your Data
If you need to search your history for a specific payment method (such as your online payment transfers from March), use the date-range picker at the top of the page. Select your start and end dates, and the list refreshes to show only transactions from that window. You can combine multiple filters: "Show me all e-wallet deposits from the past 90 days" or "Show me all Habanero slot results since last Tuesday."
Download your transaction record for record-keeping
We offer a button to export your transaction history as a spreadsheet or PDF. This is useful if you want to keep a copy for your own records or share certain details with your accountant. The export includes all visible columns and respects your active filters.
Our sportsbook users—especially those tracking their Liga 1 and Piala Indonesia bets—often use the export feature to review their slip history across a full season. Players in Surabaya and Bandung use it to reconcile their account statements with their personal spending records. We don't restrict exports; they're yours to keep.
Withdrawal Status and Timelines
When you request a withdrawal on cuanjp, your transaction record is your proof of that request. We mark every withdrawal with a status: "Pending" (we've received it), "Approved" (our compliance team has verified it), or "Paid" (the funds have left our account and are on their way to your bank or wallet). You can always see where your cash-out stands without having to contact support. Some platforms hide this information; we don't. Your money, your visibility.
Different payment methods have different typical timelines. A withdrawal to mobile banking or local payment via online payment usually settles within business hours. A transfer to an e-wallet or mobile banking wallet might complete in minutes. local payment and online payment integrations are similarly fast. We don't promise fixed timescales—bank systems don't always cooperate—but we show you the real status in your transaction log so you can plan accordingly.
